ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method, shipping destination, and carrier.
Please keep in mind that order processing times and shipping transit times are separate. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
SHOP LYSS + LIN is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control, subject to applicable law.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate address corrections before shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking your surrounding delivery area, household members, and any designated package delivery locations.
You may also contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If your package is missing or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact SHOP LYSS + LIN so we can assist with reviewing tracking information and initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.
SHOP LYSS + LIN is not responsible for package theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by law.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are subject to the estimated shipping dates or shipping windows listed in their product descriptions.
Please note that these dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances outside our control.
Customers will be notified of significant shipping delays and provided with any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Customers who select in-store pickup at checkout will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
