If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or provide store credit, within 14 days of your purchase. A receipt from purchase is required to facilitate a return/exchange/issue store credit.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. ONLY EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT ARE AVAILABLE. STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE.
All items returned for exchange or store credit must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. No make-up stains, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, and/or any other smells or stains on merchandise.
Online Returns - Returning By Mail:
Eligible items are able to be returned from online purchases within 14 days of original purchase. The window begins on the delivery date of order to recipient who purchased. Return for store-credit must arrive by mail, back to our store at: SHOP LYSS + LIN, 1139-7a Jericho Turnpike, Commack NY 11725, within 14 days of receiving the order. Please package your return order, include the packing slip/shipping confirmation email in the return package, and send the package back using any courier service of your choice. (We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping). Returns that arrive back after the 14-day window will be returned to the sender. Orders can be returned in store, within the 14 day window, to save on additional costs for shipping/handling.
Online Orders Exchanges:
Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not always available for online orders. Exchanges for online orders can only be handled in store, within the 14 day return window. If an eligible return must be handled by mail, the only option for return is store credit.
Online Returns - Returning In Store:
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you are able to exchange items or receive store credit on eligible items, in-store, within 14 days from original purchase date. You can bring your packing slip or shipping confirmation email as proof of receipt/payment for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include: sale items, accessories, bodysuits, gift cards, and all other items listed under 'EXCEPTIONS' below -

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for returns. All purchases made using a Shop Lyss + Lin giftcard are final sale. No store credit or exchanges to be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, SHOP LYSS + LIN isnotresponsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided for the order.

For in store purchases, please see us within 24 hours of purchase. SHOP LYSS + LIN is not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise outside of the store.
